Dark Souls 3 Update 1.07 detailed, coming on May 20th

FromSoftware has detailed the new upcoming update for Dark Souls III. According to the team, this new patch will update your game’s version to 1.07, and will improve the Password matching feature. Dark Souls III – New Reshade Mod Recreates a “1980s VHS” Atmosphere

YouTube’s ‘MrKingx11’ has shared with us a new video, showing a retro Reshade mod for Dark Souls III in action. This Reshade recreates the atmosphere of a 1980’s VHS, and looks pretty cool. Dark Souls III – PC Performance Analysis

FromSoftware is a studio that has, actually, learned from its mistakes these past few years. The first Dark Souls game was a big letdown and a rushed console port. On the other hand, Dark Souls 2 was arguably a more polished product, though it was held back by consoles and due to parity reasons (it’s a shame that its advanced lighting system was discarded). Dark Souls III – Max Versus Low Comparison Screenshots

Dark Souls III releases next week and below you can find some comparison screenshots between the game’s Max and Low settings. Ironically enough, the Max screenshots look blurrier than the Low images due to the excessive use of Depth of Field and the AA solution that Dark Souls III uses. Therefore, we strongly suggest disabling them (you will get more jaggies but at least you’ll have crispier visuals). Max screenshots are on the left whereas Low screenshots are on the right. Enjoy! Dark Souls III Gets New “Accursed ” Trailer

In order to celebrate the launch of Dark Souls III in Japan, Bandai Namco released a new trailer for it. Dark Souls III is coming to the West on April  12th and promises to be better – in every way – than its predecessor. Dark Souls III – Revised PC System Requirements Revealed – Quad-Core Minimum, GTX970 Recommended

FromSoftware has revealed the revised PC system requirements for Dark Souls III. Compared to the older PC system requirements, PC gamers will now need at least a quad-core CPU and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti or an ATI Radeon HD6870.
