Yesterday, Activision officially released the launch trailer of Call of Duty: Ghosts. So guess what Electronic Arts decided to do. That’s right. The big publisher has unveiled the single player story trailer of Battlefield 4 in order to steal COD’s thunder. Okay okay, Activision tried to steal BF4’s thunder in the first place by releasing Ghosts’ launch trailer almost two weeks prior to its official release, but let’s not focus on that. A couple of days ago, Activision released a number of live action trailers for Call of Duty: Ghosts. Those trailers were nothing great, therefore we decided to simply skip them. However this COD: Ghosts parody trailer for BF4 – based on those trailers – looks way better than the official ones. Electronic Arts has released a new trailer for Need for Speed: Rivals, showcasing the game’s AllDrive system that boasts the ability to seamlessly blend single and multiplayer together. In addition, Polygon reported that the PS4 version of the game may look better graphically than the PC version, something that will definitely disappoint a lot of PC gamers – especially after the 30fps lock that has also been implemented on the PC version of this racer. DICE Releases Battlefield 4 Open Beta Feedback Changelog

Battlefield 4’s open beta phase is over and DICE felt the need to thank all those who participated in it. In addition, the team revealed the changelog for this open beta test that can be viewed below. Regarding performance, DICE claimed that it is using ‘the information we received to optimize the performance for the launch of the game.’ Moreover, the final build should run better as there was a debugger running behind the game’s open beta client. SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow Gets A Developer Gameplay Walkthrough

Maxis and EA have released a new developer gameplay walkthrough for SimCity’s upcoming expansion, Cities of Tomorrow. In this walkthrough, Lead Designer Stone Librande gives us more details about the new game features that have been implemented, such as multi-zone MegaTowers, new city specializations such as The Academy and OmegaCo, and new improvements for our cities based on plausible future technologies. SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow is planned for a November 12th and Maxis is exploring the idea of implementing an offline mode. Enjoy! Battlefield 4 – Running At 4K (4096×2160) On Four Titans

Our reader ‘MahaVakyas’ has shared with us an interesting video, showcasing what Battlefield 4 looks like at 4K. Captured by YouTube’s member ‘Thirty IR’, this video shows Battlefield running at a really high resolution (running at 4800×2560 and being downscaled to 4096×2160) with all its bells and whistles enabled on four Nvidia Titan cards. According to Thirty IR, all settings were maxed out – including Anti-Aliasing (4x MSAA) – and VRAM usage was around 5.1GB. Enjoy! Need For Speed: Rivals – PC Specs Revealed – Requires 30GB HDD, Recommends 64bit OS

Electronic Arts has revealed the official PC specs for its upcoming racer, Need For Speed: Rivals. According to them, PC gamers will at least need 4GB RAM and 30GB of free HDD. And despite the fact that the game will support 32-bit OS, EA recommends using a 64-bit one. Rivals will be powered by DICE’s Frostbite engine, and will be locked on 30fps on all platforms.
