NEOWIZ has just released Title Update 1.9.0.0 for Lies of P and shared its full patch notes. So, let’s see what this new update brings to the table.
Patch 1.9.0.0 brings a couple of combat balance adjustments. For instance, it reduces monster difficulty in repeat playthroughs. It also adjusts stats for certain field monsters in the first playthrough of Lies of P: Overture. The patch also allows you to access the Lies of P: Overture DLC from Chapter 5 at the Path of the Pilgrim.
Update 1.9.0.0 also comes with several bug fixes. For example, it fixes a problem where bonus items weren’t given to players like they should be. It also fixes a bug where you couldn’t continue a quest after giving a bottle of beer to Salao, the Old Fisherman. Lastly, it stops players from going to places outside the normal game path.
And that’s not all. This new patch also fixes a visual bug with the Legion Arm “Flamberge” when wearing the “Blazing Death’s Hunting Apparel.” It also fixes a problem where the “Solutionist’s Amulet” effect would stay active even after taking the item off. Plus, the update fixes other small issues like wrong icons, text mistakes, translation problems, monster bugs, and more. So, this should please a lot of Lies of P fans.
Before closing, the devs said that software or data not officially distributed by them may cause the game to crash. As such, this new patch may break compatibility with some mods. So, make sure to keep that in mind. If the game crashes, you should consider removing the mods you’re using.
Like always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. Below, you can also find its complete changelog.
