What’s great here is that the Vox Populi DLC is totally free, meaning that Wargame AirLand Battle players will find their game has been automatically updated with the download next time they launch the game. CryEngine 3 Zombie Survival Mod “Survived” Demoed

Crusnik Crysis has informed us about a new CryEngine 3 project called ‘Survived’. Survived is a survival game that was created via the free CryEngine 3 SDK and can be downloaded from here (do note that CryDev is currently down). Survived looks pretty sweet, though it’s not excellent and has its share of bugs. Still, this is the work of an individual modder and it features what most gamers would expect from a survival game. Moreover, ‘Survived’ features an amazing atmosphere and its whole structure reminded us of Amnesia. This project builds tension through its atmospheric environments and does not rely on simply throwing zombies at you. F1 2013 – PC System Requirements Revealed – Will Be DX11-Only, Will Not Support Windows XP

Codemasters has revealed the official PC system requirements for its upcoming F1 racing game, F1 2013. According to the Codies, F1 2013 won’t support Windows XP and will use a DX11 API. As with most DX11 titles, though, PC gamers will be able to use DX10 cards to run the game – with some effects being disabled of course. Bethesda has released a new set of screenshots for The Evil Within. Developed by Shinji Mikami – creator of the seminal Resident Evil series – and Tango Gameworks, The Evil Within promises to embody the meaning of pure survival horror. Players will experience a disturbing reality as they try to break free from warped machinations that could only exist in the most horrifying worlds. The game is powered by a customized version of the id Tech 5 engine and is planned for a 2014 release on PC, X360, PS3, PS4 and Xbox One. Enjoy! Spotted by Eurogamer and NeoGAF, Breath of Fire 6 is planned for a Japanese release on tablets and smartphones and PC. Although it is not clear yet whether it will be coming to the West, Breath of Fire 6 will be an online title that will be built for touch-controlled devices. Activision has revealed its Q2 CY13 results, in which the company revealed that Call of Duty 2: Black Ops 2 was the second best selling title in both North America and Europe in 1H 2013. In addition, the publisher stated that Black Ops 2 has outsold Modern Warfare 3, both in physical and in digital channels.
