Unreal Engine 4 Showcased Via A Pre-Alpha Test Video

It’s been a while since our last look on Unreal Engine 4, don’t you think? Well, today we bring a new video from a project that is powered by Epic’s new game engine. Created by YouTube’s ‘ZzGERTzZ’, this video shows off a project in its early pre-alpha stages. Since this is pre-alpha footage, you will definitely notice a lot of issues – like the absence of shadows, placeholder textures, unfinished animations, etc. Still, we believe this is something that most of our readers will be interested in, so go ahead and take a look! YouTube’s ‘JasonRoseteFilm’ has released a live action Christmast short for Techland’s upcoming zombie title, Dying Light. This short is based on the official Christmas Carol trailer that was released a couple of days ago, in which a girl sings “Silent Night” to herself as the camera pans around her room. The short stays true to its source material, so kudos to JasonRoseteFilm. Enjoy!

So, time to find out whether or not we can boost the game’s visuals via SweetFX.

Tomb Raider Gets A Live Action Fan Short Film

Time for yet another live action fan film for yet another video-game. YouTube’s ‘CanCinema’ has shared a new fan film that is based on the latest adventures of Lara Croft. And the one million dollar question is: did Hello Games back its work or not? The team did not reveal anything regarding No Man’s Sky, so hopefully there is a back up from an earlier build. Hopefully.
