Square Enix and Eidos-Montreal today released the second trailer in a series of stylized videos that focus on the rich narrative and characters of THIEF’s corrupt and broken city. As the press release reads, each trailer in the series tells a story from the perspective of a different character describing life in the broken, repressed City that is being ravaged by the ruthless Baron Northcrest and the mysterious sickness known as ‘The Gloom’. Saphire has just leaked the official 13.12 WHQL driver for AMD’s graphics cards. Although there aren’t any release notes yet, this driver works with Windows 7, 8 and 8.1. It seems that more and more games opt for Steam’s early access program in order to be self-funded by their fans. The next one in the long list of games supporting this Early Access program is Wolfire Games’ Overgrowth. Overgrowth has been in development for a couple of years and is still far from being completed. However, those who decide to purchase it will get access to its alpha version that feels more like a sandbox of technology and martial arts than a story-driven action-adventure. Techland and Warner Bros released today a new gameplay video from Dying Light, showcasing the darker side of the game’s day-and-night-cycle mechanic. The video gives a glimpse into different strategies that players will adopt depending on the time of day in order to survive.
