Star Citizen new feature

Star Citizen Alpha 3.21: Mission Ready is now available for download

Cloud Imperium just dropped a new free update for Star Citizen today. This Update, called Alpha 3.21: Mission Ready, expands content and systems with greater risk and rewards.

In Alpha 3.21, Cloud Imperium introduces something cool called the Replication Layer Split. According to the devs, it’s the first step toward having everyone play together in one big game world. This tech runs in a special Preview Channel alongside the regular game servers. Thus, it will help players try out the new stuff and make sure it works well before it becomes a part of the main game. It’s like a big step on the way to even more exciting things in the future, like Alpha 4.0 and beyond.

Star Citizen Alpha 3.21 also brings in a new ship called the Crusader A1 Spirit. This ship is like the tip of the spear for its series, and it’s made for serious space professionals who want top-notch performance and a well-crafted ship. The A1 Spirit is designed to be a nimble bomber, and it can drop some seriously powerful payloads. What’s cool is that it’s got some heavy-duty weapons on the front, missiles, and a turret in the back. So, it can hold its own against enemy fighters without needing backup.

In Alpha 3.21, you’ll also get to try out two new missions that bring more risks and challenges. In the first mission, you are an outlaw and you’ll have to steal important evidence from the Security Post Kareah, a space station run by Crusader Industries and the UEE Advocacy. This place is up in the sky over Cellin. When you take on this mission, you’ll have to face off against security forces as you sneak into the station. But here’s the twist – other players might be after the same evidence, or they might have already swiped it and are trying to escape. So, get ready for some intense action, where you might be battling other players or a mix of PVE and PVP challenges.

The second new mission is called Retrieve Consignment in Alpha 3.21. This mission will send you to underground places to find a specific item. It might sound easy, but things can get tricky fast. Many of these underground spots have been taken over by a group called NineTails outlaws. Players will have to deal with them and search their bodies to get the item codes they need to complete the mission. So, it’s a bit more dangerous than it first seems.

Enjoy the game’s latest trailer and stay tuned for more!
