SpellForce 3 – Open beta testing has been launched

THQ Nordic has announced the launch of the open beta testing for SpellForce 3. According to the publisher, the SpellForce 3 beta is available to play on Steam through this weekend. This beta is available to everyone and will end on Monday at 10AM Pacific time.

SpellForce 3 is described as the perfect blend between RTS and RPG. The game promises to go back to the roots of the SpellForce saga and will combine the RTS and RPG genre in a unique way – all in real time.

The open beta will feature player versus player multiplayer in 1on1, 2on2 and 3on3. It will also allow gamers to play a single player skirmish against the AI.

Furthermore, the SpellForce 3 beta will feature 4 maps, will allow gamers to play all three factions, and it will allow players the ability to play coop.
