Company of Heroes 2 – E3 Single Player Demo Mission Added To Open Beta

Company of Heroes 2 v2
Now that’s a really smart move. Relic has just made available the E3 Single Player Demo mission to the game’s open beta phase. This means that everyone who downloads the open beta client (via Steam) can play the demo that was featured at this year’s E3. Congrats to Relic for offering gamers the ability to play what others did during the biggest gaming event, and we hope that more developers will start offering this kind of things (especially now when game demos are a rarity).
The open beta phase of Company of Heroes 2 runs until June 18th. Featuring the title’s critically acclaimed multiplayer mode, the Open Beta allows players to experience competitive and co-operative gameplay on six of the game’s maps. The Open Beta also allows gamers to test out the first 45 levels of the game’s progression and bulletin system.
Company of Heroes 2 is powered by the Essence 3.0 Engine, and promises to bring tactical strategy to life like never before, thanks to the realistic ColdTech weather system, the revolutionary dynamic line of sight system TrueSight, and realistic destructibility.
The game is planned for a June 25th release, exclusively on the PC!
