Cyberpunk 2077-new

Someone is working on a wall running mod for Cyberpunk 2077

One of the features that were cut from Cyberpunk 2077 was its wall running mechanics. While CDPR showcased this feature in its E3 demo, it wasn’t present in the final game. Thankfully, though, a modder is working on re-introducing wall running in the game.

There is currently no ETA on when this mod will come out. Still, modder ‘Saturne’ released a video showcasing its WIP state. As you will see, this mod is in a really basic form (and lacks any additional animations). Still, it seems to be working properly, so that’s at least something.

We’ll be sure to let you know when this wall-running mod comes out. Until then, you may be interested in some other mods for Cyberpunk 2077.

There is currently a mod that adds support for TrackIR. Climate Change mod replaces sunny weather with several other weather types and this 11GB Mod overhauls 800 audio files. It’s also worth mentioning the Realistic Driving Experience mod which aims to improve the driving mechanics. And, as always, there are nude mods for Misty, Panam, Judy & Rogue.

  1. The Witcher 4 will be like this. All beautiful female character and some content will be missing and replaced by netflix series female cast

  2. This game made no sense, so you’re basically playing as a cyborg monstrosity that can just pay to upgrade your abilities, but that doesn’t include what this modder is putting in there? nor wings, nor wheels instead of feet, nor etc etc etc Everyone rides around in cars that look like souped up 1970s cars, with all this tech no one can figure out how to dispose of garbage other than throwing it everywhere? I could go on and on about this marxist rubbish by those hexagrams over at cpdr and pretty much everywhere in entertainment etc Let’s hear gay-dee-ALs nonsense now.

  3. People think it’s unfair to slam devs as incompetent boobs, particularly when it comes to companies such as CDPR, because they blatantly have such lousy management and don’t listen to anyone when it comes to making decisions, despite the fact that upper management in particular knows absolutely nothing when it comes to making video games.

But, in discussions about Cyberpunk, it clearly was also on the devs. Yes, they knew the game wasn’t ready and yes they tried to tell management but the sad truth is, given another 10 years, those boobs still wouldn’t have been able to crank out a decent game.

Why the hell does it fall to modders to implement and fix broken and unfinished games? CDPR couldn’t get wall-running to work so they cut it at the last minute and yet a bunch of modders got it to work?

Jesus Christ, but those idiots really hired nearly a thousand of the most incompetent devs on the planet.

  4. It’s not really a Wallruning mod at this stage, more like a sticky camera mod that makes your fov get stuck to walls. There’s no real gameplay involved – you still can’t use mantis blades to pierce walls and hold on to them.
