Modders HJ and fitfondue have released a new mod for GTA 5 Enhanced Edition. This mod tries to make fights and violent interactions in the game more fun, diverse, and exciting. So, let’s take a closer look at what it does.
Ped Damage Overhaul V changes how NPCs act during fights. Now, they will hit harder, but they won’t shoot as accurately. When their health gets low, they become even less accurate. Also, shots to their arms or legs won’t hurt them as much. This makes battles feel more fun and realistic.
When their health decreases below a certain threshold, NPCs will fall over and won’t get back up. Then they go through three different stages of dying, each with its own randomized “behavior” (movement on the ground).
The mod also adds a new bleeding feature. This will make NPCs lose health after they have been fatally injured. It operates based on chance, so NPCs don’t all bleed out in the same amount of time.
Not only that, but NPCs will now try to react to different situations. For instance, they can panic, try to calm you, or beg for their lives. Oh, and you will be able to disarm all of the NPCs.
In short, this is a cool mod that most GTA 5 fans will find interesting. After all, it will give the game a fresh new air. It will also make it more exciting and fun to replay it. So, make sure to get it from this link and use it on your second or third playthrough.
If you’re playing GTA 5 Enhanced Edition, there are some other cool mods that you can download. NaturalVision Enhanced, RealityV Mod, and ChromatiX Enhanced are three of them. These mods change the graphics to make the game look more realistic. In my opinion, all three look way better than the vanilla version of GTA 5 Enhanced.
Another cool mod is the Next-Gen Euphoria Mod. This mod aims to overhaul the game’s Euphoria Physics Engine. However, I’m not sure whether it’s compatible with Drive V. In theory, it should be. Still, it might lead to some conflicts.
Then we have the Drive V Mod. This mod will overhaul the physics of all vehicles, and will bring to the game a more realistic driving system. Thanks to it, every car or vehicle feels different to drive. Each one has its own physics, so they don’t all handle the same. So, if you want a more realistic driving system, you should give it a go. Plus, you can use this addon pack with it, which adds 40 new cars to the game.
Enjoy and stay tuned for more!
