Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition Gamescom 2012 Trailer & Screenshots

Namco Bandai has released a new set of screenshots and the Gamescom 2012 trailer of Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition. According to the company, Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition and Darks Souls: Artorias of the Abyss DLC pack include an untold chapter in the world of Lordran. Sent back to the past, discover Oolacile back when Knight Artorias still lived. Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition will be available on the PC platform in Europe and Australasia on August 24th 2012 and later this Winter on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 as a downloadable content. Crysis 3 Multiplayer Hunter Mode revealed and puts you in Predator’s shoes

Crytek and Electronic Arts have unveiled a new multiplayer mode for Crysis 3, called Hunter. Hunter supports 16 players in which two players are the hunters and 14 are C.E.L.L soldiers. And truth be told, this is a mode we’ve been looking forward to. From the moment we saw Crysis, we wondered what a Predator game would look like in CryEngine 3. Well, although there isn’t any proper ‘Predator’ total conversion yet, this new mode is the closest we’ll get to the Predator movie. So kudos to Crytek for implementing it. Battlefield 3: Armored Kill – New Breathtaking Screenshots Unveiled – Battlefield 3 Premium Announced

Electronic Arts has released a new set of breathtaking screenshots for Battlefield 3’s upcoming DLC, Armored Kill. The company has also revealed Battlefield 3 Premium Edition. This all-encompassing offer combines the original Battlefield 3 game, all Battlefield 3 Premium content including five themed digital expansion packs, and a Battlefield 3 Multiplayer Head-Start Kit that is custom-designed to help jump start players who are new to multiplayer by automatically unlocking 15 different weapons, gadgets and vehicle upgrades. Medal of Honor Warfighter: Fireteam Gameplay Multiplayer Gamescom 2012 Trailer

As promised, Electronic Arts has released the Gamescom 2012 trailer for Medal of Honor: Warfighter. MoH: Warfighter is powered by Frostbite 2 and features real world hotspots in the single player campaign and introduces international Tier 1 Operators from 10 different nations in multiplayer allowing players to show their national pride online. Devil May Cry – Gamescom 2012 – Screenshots & Trailer

Capcom has also revealed some new screenshots and a Gamescom 2012 trailer for Devil May Cry that introduces Vergil, twin brother of Dante and leader of demon-fighting rebel group, The Order. DmC promises to retain the series’ signature mix of sword and gunplay but add additional weapons, all new powers and a revitalised gameplay system as players encounter the game’s devilish mix of enemies and navigate the rich, interactive environment. Lost Planet 3 – Gamescom 2012 – Screenshots & Trailer

Capcom has released a new set of screenshots and a Gamescom 2012 trailer for Lost Planet 3. Lost Planet 3 introduces Jim, a rig pilot who leaves Earth to take on a hazardous but lucrative contract on E.D.N. III. Working for Neo-Venus Construction (NEVEC) who are preparing the planet for colonization, Jim joins his fellow pioneers at the Coronis base and begins surveying the uncharted terrain and obtaining samples of the planet’s energy supply – Thermal Energy. Resident Evil 6 – Gamescom 2012 Jake Gameplay Trailer

Capcom has revealed a new, Gamescom 2012 gameplay trailer for Resident Evil 6 in which Jake and Sherry fight their way through a snowy mountain top. Alongside Jake (and Ada Wong) players will also control both Leon Kennedy and Chris Redfield. The game is said to feature an evolved control system, allowing players to shoot whilst moving; slide; roll in any direction and to take cover along with the addition of an enhanced melee attack. Remember Me Announced – New action adventure title from Capcom and Dontnod

During its Gamescom 2012 conference, Capcom announced a new action adventure game that is developed by Dontnod and is planned for a 2013 release on PS3, X360 and PC. In Remember Me, players will take on the role of Nilin, a former elite memory hunter with the ability to break into people’s minds and steal or even alter their memories. Star Wars 1313 – Gamescom 2012 Gameplay Trailer

This is why most – latest – video game trailes suck. Yes yes, I used the ‘s’ word but for a reason. Lucas Arts released a new gameplay trailer for Star Wars 1313 (that can be viewed below and is courtesy of IGN). You know, the Star Wars game with the CG quality real-time graphics. And even though the company could have shown us some new gameplay scenes, they decided to recycle all previous sequences into a trailer that will make you dizzy. Seriously now, what’s up with changing scenes every two seconds? It’s not cool, it doesn’t showcase the graphics, and will not be appreciated by a huge number of gamers. Ironically, the raw gameplay footages of Star Wars 1313 that were revealed some months ago are way cooler than this ‘I-will-make-you-hate-me-for-messing-with-your-eyes’ trailer.
