Borderlands 2 – “Come and get me” Trailer

2K Games and Gearbox have released a new trailer for Borderlands 2 and we’ve got to admit that Gearbox knows how to create hilarious trailers. After the ‘Wimoweh’ trailer, here comes another one that gives us an insight on the game’s story mode and classes. In Boderlands 2, players will have to defeat handsome Jack who is the main antagonist and has a few tricks up his sleeves. Borderlands 2 is planned for a September 21st release on PC, X360 and PS3. Heroes & Generals – Beta Videolog #3

Reto-Moto has released a new videolog for their free-to-play first person shooter, Heroes & Generals. This videolog shows some of the features of the new ‘Crace’ and ‘Dietl’ updates for Reto-Moto’s upcoming Massive Online Strategic Shooter: Heroes & Generals. The game is currently in Beta-stage, so bear in mind that the graphics and sound shown here is still not final. This is the third videolog for the game’s beta build, therefore we decided to also include the two, previous, videologs that were released for it. Enjoy! Darksiders II: Arena Mode Sneak Peak Trailer

THQ has released a new trailer in which Lead Combat Designer, Ben Cureton, introduces us to the Arena mode within Darksiders II. The Arena Mode of Darksiders II will feature 100 waves of combat (in total) and players will be given the choice of taking a price after completing five waves, or risking everything and continuing for the next waves of enemies. If players will under-powered – in the Arena mode – they will be able to develop their character in the SP mode and return to it at a later time. Dr. Mario – Episodes #3 and #4

The Country Club have released the third and fourth episode of their video game web-series that is based on Dr. Mario. Jaded, ‘House’-like DR. MARIO must deal with a new videogame character’s malady every episode, all while trying to dealing with his supervisor, DR. HAGGAR, by-the-book DR. ZELDA, and his arch-nemesis (and patient) … BOWSER. Crysis 2 Machinima – The Extinction Episode #1

Louis ‘shados’ Thomann has created an interesting Crysis 2 machinima movie, called The Extinction. This machinima is based on Crysis 2 and tells a different story, in which the US army didn’t win the war against the alien invasion. According to Louis, The Extinction is the first episode of an incredible Post-Apocalyptic Series, that takes places after the Crysis 2 storyline, into a devasted world. Louis had also created – back in April – another gorgeous C2 machinima movie called Woods. Therefore, we decided to include both of his movies below. Enjoy! Voxel-based strategy game ‘Castle Story’ gets a new gameplay demonstration

Sauropod Studio is developing a new voxel game, called Castle Story. Castle Story is a voxel-based creative strategy game about building castles brick by brick and defending them against enemies. This will definitely remind you of Minecraft as it is obviously inspired by Notch’s title. Your goal will be to explore a vast landscape full of mysteries and dangers, and defend your castle against onslaughts of hostile creatures and possibly other players. Warframe could very well be the best and coolest F2P title… ever

Digital Extremes has released a new, alpha trailer for Warframe. Warframe is a cooperative 3rd-person action free-to-play game from the makers of The Darkness 2 and the upcoming Star Trek video game. It looks like Mass Effect 3 on steroids and is packed with lots of action. This is definitely a triple-A looking game and might be the best F2P game we’ve ever seen. Worms Revolution – Intro Movie Released

Team 17 has released the intro movie for its new Worms game, Worms Revolution. Worms Revolution is based on a new 3D game engine and retains the same, 2D old-school perspective of the classic Worms games. In Worms Revolution, players will be able to use a team of all four of the same class if they prefer, or mix and match classes (Scientist, Heavy, Soldier and Scout) to get the best results.
