Brutal Doom is THE mod for id Software’s classic FPS title. Created by modder ‘SGtMarkIV’, this mod brings a new meaning to the word ‘gory’. SGtMarkIV is currently working on a new version for it and has showcased the blood decals that will be featured in it.
