As the publisher claimed, this educational video series will make players understand the seven defining attributes that make them S.P.E.C.I.A.L in Fallout 4. While this may not be impressive for some people, it can be considered a big milestone for the PS3 emulation scene (especially since the audio is also perfectly synced).
