Sad news for the modding community of Grand Theft Auto IV as Take-Two has sent a C&D notice to the development team of the OpenIV mod for GTA IV. Prior to its official E3 2017 reveal, Microsoft hyped Project Scorpio (now known as Xbox One X) as a console that can offer a true 4K experience.
