Borderlands 2 – GameStop Pre-Order Exclusive Creature Slaughter Dome Trailer

2K Games has released a new trailer for Borderlands 2, that showcases Gamestop’s pre-order exclusive bonus content. Borderlands 2’s Creature Slaughter Dome tasks players with facing waves of Pandora’s creatures in an arena. Players will gain experience and gear, and they’ll be able to bring their gained loot back into the main game. Project Giana – Addictive Platform Game – Kickstarter Ends In 3 Days – Demo Available

Okay, I’m a bit ashamed for not following this Kickstarter campaign, and that’s because Project Giana looks like an amazing platform game. You see, PC platform is not well known for its platform games – though we’ve been getting some indie platformers here and there – and Project Giana is what a Sonic-meets-Mario-with-different-characters-and-elements game would look like. Hell, even the jump sound reminds me of Mario. Not only that, but Project Giana is not a simple, imaginary, mashup of Sonic and Mario. Weekly Top 10 PC Charts; UK PC Retail and Steam Digital Charts [August 19th – 25th]

The latest Top 10 PC charts have been revealed and as we can see, Football Manager 2012 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive are still the best selling titles for the PC. The Sims 3 are still dominating the UK PC Retail Charts, although we can spot some changes due to the latest PC releases. Dark Souls: Prepare To Die Edition and Darksiders II have entered UK’s Top10 and are spotted at the third and fifth place, respectively. Natural Selection 2 – New Screenshots & Trailer

Unknown Worlds has released a new set of screenshots – and a trailer – for its team-based, human-vs.-alien shooter, Natural Selection 2. Natural Selection 2 is an immersive hybrid of online first-person shooter and real-time strategy gameplay that pits aliens against humans in a struggle for survival. Players can battle it out through dynamic, atmospheric environments at ground level using unique weapons and abilities, or take a commanding role from above to lead their team to a well-coordinated victory. Darksiders II – PC Patch #2 Is Now Available On Steam

THQ and Vigil Games has released the second PC patch for Darksiders II. According to its changelog, this new update will add a ‘Key Bindings’ option to the Pause Menu and VSync will be functional. Furthermore, the update addresses crashes in Blackstone and comes with various gameplay progressions fixes. Ironically, there is no mention about the configuration file. Our guess is that Vigil Games will fix this in a later update. This patch will be auto-downloaded from Steam and you can view its complete changelog below. Enjoy! Battlefield 3: Armored Kill DLC Coming On September 25th

Electronic Arts has announced that Battlefield 3: Armored Kill DLC will be coming to the PC on September 25th. Naturally, Battlefield 3 Premium owners will get this DLC earlier, as it will be available to them on September 11th. And as always, PS3 gamers will be able to enjoy this upcoming DLC a week earlier from all other gamers.
