AMD has finally released the highly anticipated drivers for its graphics cards. Catalyst 13.8 Beta mainly fix the latency issues that have plagued the entire HD 7000 series. This means that the stuttering issues that have been reported in the past few months should be fixed. AMD users can enable/disable the frame pacing fix from their control panels. By default, this option is set On. AMD noted that this option may bring a slight performance drop, so those interested in benchmarking these new drivers should disable it.
