During this year’s GDC, Valve has officially unveiled Source 2 Engine. Although the company did not reveal any noteworthy new title (like, you know… Half Life 3 or Left4Dead 3), it stated – via a press release – that the engine will be available for free to all content developers.

Konami has prepared a big announcement for tomorrow, however it appears that IGN may have spoiled the surprise. According to some video interviews with series creator Hideo Kojima on website IGN’s server, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will be released on September 1st, and will be the final Metal Gear Solid game.
