Doom Eternal will be playable at Quakecon Europe 2019 this July

Bethesda has announced that it will host ‘QUAKECON Europe’ at Printworks, London, across 26-27 July. Not only that, but there will be a public playable demo for all those that attend this event, allowing them to get their hands on this highly anticipated shooter.

Fallout 76 Patch 9 available for download, introduces Backpacks, Personal Vending Machines & Pioneer Scouts

Bethesda has released a brand new update for Fallout 76. According to the release notes, patch 9 introduces backpacks that players can equip to increase their Carry Weight, and adds Pioneer Scouts to the game, allowing players to join the Order of the Tadpole.

Bioware has released a brand new update for Anthem. According to the release notes, patch 1.1.1 fixes an exploit that allowed defeated encounters to re-dispense loot from previously defeated creatures and fixes an issue causing a slight delay in Salvaging at End of Expedition.

New Reshade mod aims to bring ray tracing Global Illumination to DX9, DX10 and DX11 games

Pascal Gilcher is currently working on a ray traced Global Illumination method for ReShade. What this ultimately means is that PC gamers will be able to enable this ray tracing Global Illumination technique in all DX9, DX10 and DX11 (something that will obviously give a visual boost to a lot of older games).
