CD Projekt RED has just released some new screenshots for the second major expansion of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Blood and Wine. The Witcher 3 looks amazing and these new screenshots showcase the new environments and enemies that CD Projekt RED created for this new expansion.
Marcin Momot, Senior Social Media and Community Coordinator at CD PROJEKT RED, said:
“I can already tell you Blood and Wine is a fascinating story, with every sort of twist and turn you’d expect from our writers. Toussaint, the new realm we’re creating for the expansion, is unlike anything you’ve seen in Wild Hunt – carefree and colorful, but your gut never stops telling you that there’s some real dark stuff happening underneath all that. We’ll be revealing more information in May, however, to sweeten the wait, here are some fresh screenshots from the expansion!”

i had a blast the first 6 hours in witcher 3 on Ultra+ rework HD textures then it got very very very very boring and i unistall it again!

Did you focus on the main story? Surprisingly, side quests are often where they had fun with the writing on this game. Nothing like Skyrim…

What sleep, if you liked the other Witcher games you can pretty much guarantee you are going to like TW3 so WTF did you buy it then? Seems to me you brought it for the hype and then didn’t play it because you couldn’t get herp derp 60fps on ultra with your old GTX 680. You’ve done the same with The Division, hated on it here then admitted on other site you played it with friends and thought it was “fun”.

You can’t just jump into this expansion without playing the story, the missions will be high level since most people getting it played the full game and likely the first expansion as well so we’re all around level 40 at least.
Both GTA V and Witcher 3 have their qualities. I enjoyed both. GTA V has the most unique and well crafted open world ever created ( and is fun without even playing the story ). W3 has amazing quests, including side quests.
But thank the gods, we all have different tastes. The market would suck ever more if that wasn’t the case 🙂
the only thing i have to say all my respect for Witcher 3 developers is that they were just 5% of the GTA V PC team and they manage to realease a great game overall!

The first DLC started around lvl 35.. by that time, i usaly sink in about 70-80 hours to the game, so jokes on you, if you wanna try this, you’ll have to “suffer” a bit first.

Lol arguably the best art direction in a game thus far “bores you to death”.
It’s the best single player game since HL2.
It set a new standard and expectation for all future RPG games, hell pretty much all narrative focused SP games.
That’s exactly my opinion and my experience with this game, Although the art style and it’s unique atmosphere seemed appealing to me from the get go, I found Witcher 2 to be much more challenging and enjoyable and less button mashing demanding

Damn i still need to finish H&S dlc first. Why did it have to come out as soon as i start new game+. Theres just sooooo much to do.

I got to the point in the story where I have to convince the factions to join my fight against the Wild Hunt and never played it again. There’s SO MUCH content. lol

I am willing to Bet that the PS5 does have ATLEAST 4k.. The way technology has been steadily blowing up over the past 3 decades.. and it just gets exponentially better every year.. that the PS5 will be able to achieve atleast 4K resolution.. you gotta assume its another 4 years from coming out..

No, it may have upscaling to 4k because of 4k tvs, but I am sure it will not be 4k. PS4 was promissed True HD and it dies at those resolutions alone, forget more advanced technical graphical engines. It has been always like this. They would need a technological breakthrough that you would have already have heard of.
And even if it were to exist, it would probably help more PC (like cell processors leading to the new architectures of cpus).
there may not be a PS5. if they go for NEO assuming it adds real effective hardware upgrade, they might as well drop 4,5,6 etc naming and just release hardware upgrades every 4-5 years and at some point delete older models from their cycle.
A PS4.5 will kill the market. Devs can’t afford to work on two versions ( PS4 and Neo ), especially if you believe the new X1.5 rumors. In the end, except for a closed market pushing prices upward, consoles will lose most of their value.

If this is half as good as Hearts of Stone, it will be the best DLC (or game) released in 2016. Period.
