A couple of days ago, we informed you about a rumor regarding GTA V’s release date. As the rumor suggested, the game is to be delayed to 2015. However, Rockstar’s official support team declined those rumors, claiming that the game is still planned for a Fall 2014 release.
As Rockstar’s ‘Steve C’ wrote on the company’s official Support page:
“I’m also looking forward to the PC release, however this release date has not changed. Please see our support article, “Grand Theft Auto V Release Date on PlayStation®4, Xbox One, and PC” for the most recent information on this topic.”
As that article suggests, GTA V is still planned for a Fall 2014 release on PC, Xbox One and PS4.
Naturally, things can easily change but for now, the official word is that the game comes this Fall.

The PC gaming hate train has been picking up lately for some reason.
I Noticed that, seems to me that with more and more games coming over to PC, the more it seems to be upsetting Console Fanboys resulting in major trolling, people seriously need to grow up and undertsand it’s just a machine, I have no deep hatred for consoles since I grew up on Consoles but after moving to PC years ago I’ve seen that they are very limited compared to what I can do on my PC.

But am happy to see its coming this fall since I feel I got my Retail Copy at a resonable price and didn’t mind double dipping since I have minimum 200hours already in GTA V and Online combined .

i can’t wait, since everything pushed back to 2015 😀 i am waiting for a nice open world tilte like GTAV to play this year. didn’t played it yet 😀
they’re already caught for not knowing how steam works etc… but they like to talk about it and share their opinions, opinion about something they don’t know anything about. and somehow PC gamers are mostly to blame about this late corruption in media but pc gamers are the ones who talk less about this situation than other gamers.

Don’t be so quick to believe it. When someone is working in community support their job is to deny everything until an official announcement is made.
I remember another game a few months ago whose release date suddenly changed on various retailer sites. The community manager kept denying the date had changed, then a week later the company officially announced the delay.
True. It’ll probably still be delayed. They still haven’t figured out Heists. That needs to happen before the PC version is released.
Sweet! Rockstar is a great company, the continued (free) content updates on GTA5 are a testament to that.
I agree , it’s free stuff( albeit you have to spend GTA Dollars on it) but still compared to other companies that sell even the simplest costume at $1-2).
Most of those rumors are from some “overhyped” people who know nothing about Rockstar. this is R*, don’t expect them to throw 10-20 screenshots and trailers every couple of days. especially now that it’s almost a re-release.
