Tekken 7 – Extended Cinematic Trailer Released, Does Not Feature Gameplay Footage

Namco Bandai has released an extended version of its cinematic trailer for Tekken 7. Unfortunately, Namco Bandai let us down during its Comic-Con panel as it did not reveal anything noteworthy (other than Tekken 7 will be the final chapter of the Mishima saga). Tekken 7 is powered by Unreal Engine 4 and there is no word yet whether it will hit the PC or not. Enjoy the Japanese trailer (as the English trailer had laughable voice acting) below!

  1. But there IS word… Just google Tekken 7 PC Lead Platform and you’ll see! I mentioned this in a comment in the previous article here about the leak on amazon.

      1. I’m pretty sure DSO Gaming never reported it themselves.

I’m speaking specifically about the news that the head of Epic Games in Japan has stated it’ll be on PC and that it’s the lead platform… especially for the simple fact that they are saying “there’s still no word”. I see no article that says “Taka Kawasaki, head of Epic Japan confirms PC version of Tekken 7; further confirms PC is the lead platform” or anything like that.

If you read it here it was probably the comment that I did on the previous article. I’d link to it I can’t… that’s also why I said google it because I can’t paste any links and have my posts show up.

So don’t laugh at me now. I’m not commenting stuff that DSO Gaming already reported on…

        1. I saw the same news from two different sources, one of those didnt say anything about a PC release, so its pretty sure that is a fake news since the other source that confirmed PC version is a website about koreans doramas, LOL.

          1. Time will tell. But there seems to be more evidence at this point pointing to its existence than there is against it. Just like with other games that where first leaked by amazon or steamdb.

I’ve sent a question to the producer however so if he answers that might put this question to rest.

  2. If you look deep, theres another version of that interview and they didnt mention anything related to PC, just how UNREAL 4 could take the game to next level. The best evidence could be the leak of Amazon UK posting a PC version on Tekken 7, but it was deleted.

  3. The source of CinemaBlend in this case is fishy. As we’ve already said, we got the official press release and there is no mention of PC (despite of what kdramastars claims). Moreover, the interview that kdramastars brings in which the PC version is mentioned is nowhere to be found.
