Modder ‘BadassBaboon’ has released a new version of his RealityV Mod which is now compatible with the Enhanced Edition of GTA 5. This mod will improve the graphics of this new PC version of GTA 5. So, if you’re currently replaying it, I strongly suggest doing so with this mod.
Going into more details, RealityV for GTA 5 Enhanced Edition brings new 4K and 8K clouds to it. Moreover, it adjusts some color correction and tone mapping, and it improves the vignetting.
The mod also improves clear sky colors to work better with Enhanced’s RT. It also enhances fog during cloudy weather for better RT effects. Plus, it improves cloud generation for extra sunny weather.
Finally, the mod adds RealityV’s foggy weather, which was based on Silent Hill, to the Enhanced version.
To showcase the mod, BadassBaboon shared the following screenshots. I’ve also included a gameplay video below. These will give you a pretty good idea of what you can expect from it.
Now contrary to similar graphics mods for GTA 5, this one is free to download. This is a pleasant surprise. So, those interested can download it from this link.

Sadly, I won’t be able to install the mod to showcase it at 8K with the NVIDIA RTX 5090. As I’ve said, the Rockstar launcher is bugged on my PC. And I know. The game has already been cracked. However, I won’t resort to piracy for such a thing, even though I already own the game.
I really hope Rockstar will stop using its launcher for its future Steam titles. EA, Ubisoft, and everyone has dropped this ridiculous requirement. And look, I don’t mind the game requiring a Rockstar account. It is the launchers that make the whole experience troublesome for most of us.

The screenshots look great, though they are cherrypicked by the author, but/and the video doesn't seem to show much of a change…
At first I thought this was the guy who included a disk wiper with their mod, but that was the maintainer of "QuantV". It's been a while since that happened.
It's not piracy to use a repack game, if the company that sold you a licence to play the game is not competent enough to enable you to play it on your hardware… technically they're in the wrong, not you. You're not reselling or redistributing anything, you paid a fee to play, so take what's yours back…
I really have to agree with this. If you legally paid for the right to play a game and the only way you can play that game today is by using a crack to bypass some silly XXX DRM then that's not really piracy at all. Don't sell the game or the crack for profit, don't redistribute either and you have nothing to be ashamed of. So…yeah…I definitely would not hesitate to use a crack to play a game I've paid to play legit.
Lucky for me the XXXX and unnecessary Rockstar Games Launcher is working on my PC. I was having problems with it all working but they got ironed out somehow and yeah, I'm just going with it now. Good Times!
Mine wouldn't launch the first time. Same happened to my buddy. Second try it launched but going into online takes forever. Faster to launch story mode and then switch to online. I'm on Win 10 and buddy on Win 11. Oh also, had to update Nvidia driver because game wouldn't launch.
GTA VI will be an absolutely crap shoot on PC lol
I tried this mod and I wouldn't recommend it. It has far too many issues.
