It appears that Plaion may have leaked the release date for the highly anticipated Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2. Plaion will distribute the game’s physical copy, so this appears to be a legit leak.

In Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, players will enter the World of Darkness and rise through vampire society. Players will experience Seattle – a city full of alluring, dangerous characters and factions. In this sequel to the cult classic, your choices, plots and schemes will change the balance of power. Or at least that’s what the developers claim.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 has been in development hell for a while. Its first delay came in October 2019. Then, in August 2020, Paradox announced a new delay and release date. And in February 2021, the game was indefinitely delayed.
It’s also worth noting that Plaion may have also leaked the release date of STALKER 2.
GSC GameWorld will be present at Gamescom 2023 with STALKER 2. As such, we’ll soon find out whether this new FPS will come out in December 2023. As for Bloodlines 2, Paradox Interactive has hinted at more news during PAX West 2023.

In June there was report from the devs and publisher, and they were showing screenshots from in-dev alpha version.
They really want to be roasted and punished by the community and industry for releasing raw game.
Could be a similar experience to when Troika released the first VTMB. I recall at the time that they rushed it out in a broken mess state because they wanted that game to be the first to use the Source Engine. Turns out that Half Life II using Source released on the same day as VTMB. HL2 was a success. VTMB, not so much. Shortly after that financial disaster Troika closed down.
After a while the modder Wesp5 patched it to where it was mostly playable and he’s still modding the game almost 20 years later. That’s true dedication!
VTMB is a great game imo and well worth playing. Just get it on sale from GOG. The WESP5 mod is already installed there.
