After numerous leaks, Activision has released an official teaser trailer for Call of Duty: Vanguard. In addition, the publisher confirmed that it will officially reveal this new Call of Duty game on August 19th at 10:30 AM PT.
From what we know so far, Call of Duty: Vanguard will take place in WW2. The game will be coming on both old-gen and current-gen consoles, though there is no word on whether they will support cross-play. Furthermore, Sledgehammer Games will be developing it.
According to the previous leak, Activision will launch an Open Beta for Call of Duty: Vanguard. As usual, those who will pre-order the game will gain Early Access to it.

This totally sucks because at this rate we’ll never get any SP campaigns based on other aspects of WW2 history which has never been told in gaming. We’ve never experienced anything from the Tuskegee Airmen or the other underdog stories which I’m sure not many people know about. I couldn’t bring myself into playing Battlefield 1 knowing how much they messed that up. The industry is too woke to even care about true stories anymore.
