Gaijin Entertainment has launched the closed beta phase for its online squad-based first person MMO shooter, Enlisted. Closed beta test players get to try various squads of assault troopers, snipers, machine gunners, flamethrowers, mortars, anti tank squads, engineers, radio operators, tankers and pilots.
Enlisted allows players to control the WWII infantry squads, tanks or aircraft and is distributed as a Game Preview title. The game is divided into campaigns and the first one covers the fierce defence of Moscow at the end of 1941 and in the beginning of 1942.
In Enlisted, the player controls one soldier directly while other soldiers in the squad are controlled by AI that obeys a player’s orders. This ensures maximum density and spectacularity in a battle while maintaining a high contribution from each participant in a victory for the team. Infantry, armoured vehicles and aircraft battle together and each player can try several roles in just one game session.
The game also promises to have dozens of realistically modelled light and heavy firearms, as well as tanks, wheeled armoured vehicles, fighter and attack aircraft.
It’s also worth noting that the game will support DLSS 2.0, as well as Ray Tracing.
Enjoy!

Oh, man, thank god for another “Online First Person Shooter”. I was almost bored of the other 50,000 of them.
Gaming is truly in its finest era.
If you want a good fun but in-depth WWII Shooter, I highly recommend either Post Scriptum which is a faithful recreation of Operation Market Garden in WWII, and or Hell Let Loose.
I’m so glad all these combined arms shooters are popping up.
Reminds me of when stuff like Quake Wars, Fuels of War and Joint Operations competed with the likes of Battlefield.
Basing it on War Thunder… I’m going to say…
HELL NO!

Another Gaijin grindfest.
It’s not a game, it’s your grave.
