    1. Size has more to do with the architecture of the game’s files and folders than the amount of bugfixes. If you go to the game folder, you’ll realize it’s all a bunch of large .bin files that have to re-downloaded each time you want to change something inside.

      1. What about delta patching ?
Just download delta between two versions.
I don’t know about DS but I would assume they don’t allow 5GB download for one executable / file change.

    2. Part of the patch was probably already in the works before release but wasn’t quite ready and part of the patch was probably what most Publishers have been doing for years. Letting their customers paying full price be beta testers for their games.

If Kojima continues to care about this game then they will eventually patch and polish the game and hopefully remove that parasite Denuvo and the game will be fine.

As usual I will wait until the game is at least patched and polished to buy it for the best gaming experience and since the Publisher made me wait I will wait a little longer and catch it on a really good Steam Sale.

      1. yeah… I am down to play this game… but defintely don’t mind wait for a sale myself. $30 is my purchase price

  1. Great to see that this game is protected by the Denuvo anti-tamper tech, pirates won’t be able to steal it anytime soon.
