Samurai Shodown is coming to the PC in Spring 2020 via the Epic Games Store

Epic Games has revealed that Samurai Shodown will be coming to the PC in Spring 2020. Moreover, this fighting game will be exclusive to the Epic Games Store. Yeah, a niche game on a niche digital store, what can go wrong, right?

SNK has not confirmed whether Samurai Shodown will support cross-play between the PC and consoles. And, to be honest, if the game does not support such a feature, it will be dead on arrival. After all, there are still a lot of people that boycott this particular store.

We’ll be sure to share the game’s official PC system requirements as soon as SNK reveals them.

Stay tuned for more!

  1. Lmfao, snk said they would never go exclusive. That the game is a million seller. What a bunch of liars. Will not even bother.

  2. Samurai Shodown? That’s still a thing? I remember there were like 5 or 6 of them back in the day, and I couldn’t tell a single one of them apart from the other.

What a joke of a franchise. How does this name even have any value still?

  3. Wait epic games store still a thing ? I honestly forgot about it, ehhh I thought it might be a problem with those exclusives but I guess it wont help epic LOL 1 year is nothing to wait, not to mention get a game at reduced price. I guess we just need to wait until epic dies by itself since there is no point for steam to even do something.

  4. Timmy must be give SNK tons of money to turn this niche fighting games into Timclusive and abandoned Gaben castle…well, good luck with those EGS million sale prediction…

  5. Waited for years to finally come out on PC and after they promised it and they release it on the Fornite launcher, Fcking great. Thx SNK

  6. Incredible how SNK remains in business making these continual exclusivity decisions. It was like 20 years before any SNK games came to PC, besides KOF, and there they go again.

  7. Apparently they weren’t satisfied with previous generic SNK game (from 2018 or so) sales on Steam. They were angry that Steam didn’t promote game for them for free.
LMAO. It’s like Rockstar saying “if Manhunt 2 flops on PS2/PC then you won’t see GTA 4 on PS3/PC”.
