Beenox, the team that will be behind the PC version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, has revealed some new details about it. According to the team, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare PC will have uncapped framerates, as well as a FOV slider.

Furthermore, the PC version will support HDR, will allow players to remap all keys, and will have advanced mouse settings.

Beenox was responsible for the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, so we can safely assume that Modern Warfare will run great on the PC platform. After all, Black Ops 4 was one of our top optimized PC games of 2018.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare is shaping up to be one of the best COD games to date. The game will also come with cross-platform support between all platforms. As such, PC gamers will be able to play with their Xbox One friends at launch.

The game will also feature a Realism Mode that sounds pretty awesome, and will have numerous multiplayer modes. Oh, and there will also be a single-player campaign. And it will support ray tracing. And it has more realistic shooting/weapon mechanics.

  1. Im surprised nobody is reporting console versions have an aimbot option as aim assist to compete with pc. Theres multiple setting one of which is called “near miss” Which makes your reticle always perfectly snap to the nearest target.

      1. It is specifically there due to cross play, you can only enable it if youre on console playing against PC players, i think its ment to level the playing field but its an aimbot plain and simple.

  2. Wow this is a pretty shi*** news, so infinity ward isn’t developing the game on PC? We are back with this sh**?

    1. Ubisoft just recently released their stats showing that PC is dominating their sales. And I suspect that it’s the same for most of the other big publishers.

So you couldn’t be more wrong.

      1. Most people don’t buy CoD for it’s single player component. And the last CoD was always online too. Not sure where your argument lays.

      2. “Ubisoft saw 34% of its net bookings on PC for the quarter, up 10% from the platform’s share a year ago. That puts PlayStation 4 in second place at 31%, followed by Xbox One at 18%, mobile at 7%, Switch at 5%, and ‘others’ at 5%.”

Also was reported on this site too I think.

LOL. WW2 looks better and runs better than that trash BO4 😉

  4. I’m asking this seriously as a person who owns probably half the CoD games and has played since day 1, and used to be in “pro gaming” for CoD 2 on PC.

Is anyone on PC still actually playing this? When there are 100000000 other shooters?

Hell, I never finished Modern 3, BLOPS 3, haven’t touched BLOPS 4, never played ghosts or advanced or uh…future? Played the beta of WW2 and it was terrible. Never even played WaW or even finished BLOPS1. So, in reality, I stopped being a fan circa CoD3.

Once they released CoD4 I’m pretty sure the people who made this franchise successful – PC players – stopped playing it with each regurgitation until its like 10k people or less.
