Square Enix has just released a new teaser trailer for Final Fantasy 7 Remake. This new trailer showcases some in-engine cut-scenes, as well as some combat sequences from this highly anticipated remake of one of the best FF games to date.
From what we know so far, Final Fantasy 7 Remake will be powered by Unreal Engine 4 and will be coming out in an episodic form. The game was originally planned to come first on Playstation 4 and then on the PC.
Square Enix claimed that it will reveal more details about this project in June (most likely at E3 2019) so stay tuned for more, and here is hoping that the game will not turn into a “proper/full” Playstation exclusive title.

looks like Kingdom Hearts/FFXV although it seems enemies actually respond to you hitting them this time instead of it looking like weightless clipping crap. But if the only person you can play as is Cloud then its still going to be boring as all hell. wake me up when we get an FF9 remake.

All those characters look so cute.
There is a remake by the community that uses cutscenes from the movie and edited cutscenes with hd character models as well as hd character models and hd backgrounds, also voice acting, but it is still very far from finished.
So i cant wait for this game.

Just like Square Enix past habit, release tons of teaser trailer but none of it make it to full game (just like FFXIII versus) and it’s far far away from finished..

Hope they don’t butcher the story, and that the first episode lasts at least till Cloud and co leave Midgar. If this does not have a world map and is a hallway simulator, people should riot!
Im looking forward to this when the full story is done. FFVII is my #2 game of all time, i just hope there is an option for turn based combat in it because the experience will be somewhat ruined for me. Im pretty sure it will be on PC too but if it isnt then I will have to borrow my nephews PS4 again.
