Story trailer released for Square Enix’s JRPG, LOST SPHEAR

Square Enix today released the LOST SPHEAR story trailer. This trailer will give players a glimpse at the mysterious story they can expect to discover in it. LOST SPHEAR tells the story of Kanata. Kanata is a self-taught swordsman who aims to restore the world with his gift of awakening memories.

Players must join Kanata and restore the disappearing world around them from being forgotten. In LOST SPHEAR, players will travel the world from idyllic countryside towns to mysterious dungeons, all in an effort to save the world and protect those around them.

LOST SPHEAR expands upon many of the beloved features from Tokyo RPG Factory’s debut title, I AM SETSUNA. Therefore, the game will blend the nostalgia of classic Japanese role-playing games with the latest technology for a new generation of gamers. The game will also feature an enhanced gameplay system with a revamped ATB (Active Time Battle) system. This new system promises to offer more freedom in combat, seamless environments, and various locations to explore.

LOST SPHEAR will be available digitally on January 23rd.
