Official Marvel’s Avengers: A-Day Prologue video shows 19 minutes of gameplay footage

As promised, Marvel and Square Enix have released the first official gameplay video for Marvel’s Avengers. This video shows the A-Day Prologue demo from E3 2019, featuring 19 minutes of gameplay footage.

Marvel’s Avengers is a story-driven, 3rd-person action-adventure game in which players will be able to reassemble & rebuild their Avengers roster. The game will feature both a single-player camapign and an online mode. Furthermore, the game will not feature any lootboxes or pay to win mechanics, however, it will feature microtransactions for skins.

Marvel’s Avengers begins at A-Day, where Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, Black Widow, and Thor are unveiling a hi-tech Avengers Headquarters in San Francisco — including the reveal of their own helicarrier powered by an experimental energy source.

The demo showcases Thor, Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America and Black Widow. All of these characters use their iconic moves, something that will please a lot of Marvel fans. However, the game – and especially the main character 3D models, looks kind of weird. It also shows a mini-boss fight at the end.

But anyway, be sure to watch the video below. The game currently targets a May 15th, 2020, release.

Enjoy!

        1. yes he does, if every person who plays video games had a decent iq score then this wouldn’t be the state of game industry that we’re in right now.
