New Tekken 8 gameplay trailer focuses on Kazuya, featuring improved graphics

Bandai Namco has released a new gameplay trailer for Tekken 8 that focuses on Kazuya Mishima. Tekken 8 will be using Unreal Engine and compared to its previous Nina trailer, this new one features better graphics.

The game still does not look as impressive as its debut announcement trailer. However, Kazuya’s 3D model is highly detailed and the environmental lighting is better than before. So, here is hoping that Bandai Namco will continue improving it.

Tekken 8 will have Rage System, Recoverable Gauge, and Heat System. According to the devs, this new Tekken game aims to make the battles more enjoyable for a player in attack. It will also make it easier for people to understand exciting battle moments and momentum shifts. And finally, the game will aim to enhance the character’s specialty and characteristics.

There is currently no ETA on when Tekken 8 will come out.

Enjoy!

  1. It has really become hard for me to get excited about fighting games. It’s the same damned thing with a new coat of paint.

  2. Improved graphics, with the same old lunar gravity, punching each other through the air for 90% of the match, gameplay.

Ya, I’ll pass. This franchise has been garbage for at least a decade now.
