YouTube’s ‘Quake ChampionsPRO’ has shared a video, showing 15 minutes of brand new gameplay footage from Rage 2. Rage 2 is being developed by by id Software and Avalanche Studios and promises to feature insane action, open-world environments with no loadings, vehicular combat, upgradable weapons, and like its predecessor will be using a first-person perspective.
From what we know so far, the game will not support mods at launch and it may release exclusively on Bethesda’s launcher. Now I’m not certain whether this will harm the sales of the PC version, however Bethesda should keep in mind that the Rage franchise is not as popular as the Fallout IP.
But anyway, in Rage 2, players will assume the role of a Walker, the last Ranger of the wasteland, as they will traverse diverse landscapes using an array of powerful weapons and unique Nanotrite abilities to defeat ferocious factions, massive mutants, and the oppressive rule of The Authority.
The game releases on May 14th.

Still, the PC platform won him over consoles. That was mainly due to 3DFX and its iconic dedicated 3D accelerator graphics card, Voodoo 2.
