We knew it. We’ve been mentioning in each and every post of Assassin’s Creed: Revelations that the PC version could be delayed, as this is the trend with pretty much every Ubisoft game. So, PC gamers and fans of Ezio – and Altair – will have to wait two more weeks till they get their hands on it. Continue reading Assassin’s Creed: Revelations PC Delayed→
The wait is over for all those who have been waiting patiently for Driver: San Francisco’s PC version, as the game is right now available on Steam in North, Central and South America. Those in Europe will have to wait a little bit longer, as the game will be unlocked in a day and two hours (more or less depending on your region). Continue reading Driver: San Francisco is out now on Steam→
Ubisoft released a new version of their CG trailer that was first shown at E3. This latest version features Ezio’s monologue while he follows Altair’s steps in search for the one and only truth. In Revelations, Ezio is trying to find clarity and the wisdom that was left behind by Altair in order to better understand the purpose of their fight and his place in it. Assassin’s Creed: Revelations is currently slated for a November release on PS3 and X360 – we are not including PC as we are certain that Ubisoft will delay it at the last minute. Ubisoft has just released a new Q&A video, in which Assassin’s Creed: Revelations’ lead scriptwriter, Darby McDevitt, reveals the relationship between Altair and Ezio. Altair and Ezio are not in the same exact plotline and are not related directly but they come from different bloodlines. Think of it as Ezio coming from Desmond’s father side while Altair coming from Desmond’s mother side. Assassin’s Creed: Revelation is slated for a November release on X360, PS3 and hopefully PC – that is if it doesn’t get delayed at the last minute. Call of Juarez was one of my most beloved games. Back in the days of DX9, the game featured spectacular visuals and incorporated some unique ideas. Moreover, it was a quality Wild West game, and we didn’t have one since… Outlaws. It basically filled a gap and became even prettier with a DX10 patch that Techland released afterwards. It seems though that the company didn’t realize the reasons behind CoJ’s success. Either that or they became gritty – like most others – and wanted to appeal to a wider audience. The result was a sequel that was inferior to its prequel and a third part that has nothing to do with the series. It could easily be a new IP franchise instead of a Call of Juarez game, but I guess Techland needed the name to trick and sell the game to the fans of the series. Ubisoft has just released the highly anticipated patch for From Dust that offers an offline mode. Additionally, the save file is now moved from the Uplay/Ubisoft server to the local machine. As with most patches that are available on Valve’s distribution service, it will be auto-downloaded next time you star the Steam Client. Now here is a shocking leak that might satisfy some PC gamers since Ubisoft really pissed them off with the unexplained delay of it. Call of Juarez: The Cartel PC has just been leaked. Nothing new here as most PC games get leaked via a CloneDVD release but what is really interesting is that the game has already been cracked, which means that this pirated version is fully playable almost ten days before release. Continue reading Call of Juarez: The Cartel PC Leaked and Cracked 10 days before Official Release→
