Superdata has released some new stats, reporting that while the worldwide digital video games market grew 9% year-over-year in May, PC sales declined by 30%. This decline was mainly due to Overwatch’s release in May 2016 which significantly boosted PC sales back then. Overwatch has over 25 million registered players
Blizzard has announced that Overwatch has just surpassed 25 million registered players. For what it’s worth, the game hit the 20 million player mark back in October 2016.
