Shadow Warrior Gets A Survival Mode As A Free Update

Flying Wild Hog and Devolver have released a survival mode for Shadow Warrior as a free update. Players will be able to slice, shoot, and crash through an incredible onslaught of raging enemies in three custom-built battle arenas in this latest update. You know what? I seriously don’t understand game developers. No seriously, I don’t. What’s the point of creating a PC game when it cannot take advantage of more than three CPU cores? Hell, I would understand that if a game did not stress the CPU. What happens though when a graphics option hits the CPU hard, causing low performance that could have been easily avoided with proper multi-core support (or you know, by letting the GPU actually handle that setting)? Devolver Digital has released a new trailer for Shadow Warrior. Shadow Warrior is a reimagining of the classic 3D Realms’ shooter from independent developer Flying Wild Hog (Hard Reset) starring the legendary and quick-witted warrior Lo Wang. Players will be able to combine the brute force of overwhelming firepower with the elegant precision of a katana to annihilate the merciless armies of the shadow realm in an exhilarating and visually stunning transformation of the classic first-person shooter. Devolver Digital has unveiled the pre-order bonuses for the upcoming remake of Shadow Warrior. The game will be available for $39.99 / 34,99 € / £29.99 on September 26th. Devolver has released an official gameplay trailer for Flying Wild Hog’s upcoming remake to 3D Realms’ classic FPS, Shadow Warrior.  This video shows a lot of decapitations, and is just as gory as all of our beloved old-school titles. In short, it looks lots of funs. Shadow Warrior is currently planned for a September 26th release on Steam, GOG, Humble Store, and Get Games. The game will also hit PS4 and Xbox One at a later date. Well, it appears that Devolver Digital did not release any gameplay trailer for Shadow Warrior. It’s weird as the publisher claimed – on its Twitter account – that something like that would happen today. Debut Gameplay Trailer For Shadow Warrior To Be Unveiled Tomorrow

Devolver Digital has announced that the first gameplay trailer for Shadow Warrior will be released tomorrow. Shadow Warrior promises to stay true to its old-school roots, though Flying Wild Hog is trying this time around to make the player’s sword a big part of the game. Shadow Warrior will have an expanded story, and it will feature some giant bosses. The game will be released on PC and next-gen consoles. Devolver Digital has released two new screenshots from Shadow Warrior’s remake. In addition, Rev3Games has posted an E3 video preview for Flying Wild Hog’s upcoming title that features the first gameplay footage from it. Shadow Warrior promises to stay true to its old-school roots, though Flying Wild Hog is trying this time around to make the player’s sword a big part of the game. Shadow Warrior will have an expanded story, and it will feature some giant bosses (in the scale of those found in the Shadow of the Colossus). Enjoy!
