Electronic Arts has just announced the official system requirements for their upcoming racer that is powered by DICE’s Frostbite 2 engine, Need For Speed: The Run. The minimum requirements are what you’d basically expect from a Frostbite 2 game but what really got our attention, was the HDD requirements. NFS: The Run will need 18GB of free disk space which is more or less what RAGE already requires. Does this also mean that the game will come in two or three DVD’s? Who knows. Need For Speed: The Run’s demo is almost upon us and here are today five new cars that will be included in the latest part of this legendary series. Players will be able to drive the Nissan GT-R SpecV (R35), Pagani Huayra, Lamborghini LP670-4 SV, Porsche 918 RSR and Aston Martin V12 Vantage. MaLDo released some brand new comparison shots between his upcoming 3.0 Texture Pack and Crysis 2 DX11 Official High-Resolution Pack. As we can see, MaLDo has not only updated the textures but has also included shadows on grass, fixed some tessellation bugs and some other minor details.
