Resident Evil Remake is coming in early 2015, will be fully remastered with 5.1 surround support for a greater gaming atmosphere, and will offer two control schemes (classic control scheme for die-hard fans as well as an alternative scheme where the character moves directly in the direction of the analogue stick). Resident Evil 4 HD Project – New Screenshots Show Unbelievably Detailed Textures (WIP)
Two modders are currently working on a HD Texture Pack project for Resident Evil 4. While an official HD version was released, the textures that Capcom included were a bit underwhelming (to say the least). Resident Evil: Revelations 2 – Tokyo Game Show 2014 Gameplay Footage
During its TGS 2014 livestream presentation, Capcom revealed some new gameplay footage from Resident Evil: Revelations 2. Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is being developed by the core staff members of the previous entry, which hit Nintendo 3DS, PS3, X360 and PC. Resident Evil 2 Recreated In Unreal Engine 3 – Fan-made Project Gets New Footage
YouTube’s ‘Rod Lima’ has shared a new video, showing off a Resident Evil 2 recreation that he’s been working in Unreal Engine 3. As Lima noted, this project most of models, model animes and scenario were extracted from Capcom’s Resident Evil games. Ultra Street Fighter IV Will Get Free DLC, Incoming Online Improvements For PC Version
Capcom has announced that a new DLC will be coming to Ultra Street Fighter IV free of charge. This free DLC will offer a new mode called Omega. Omega mode is a completely new mode in which every character has been modified and outfitted with new normal and special attacks, resulting in a refreshing take on the characters. Dead Rising 3 – PC Performance Analysis
Well, that was an interesting month. Back in August, we contacted Capcom for a Q&A tech interview about Dead Rising 3 PC. The Japanese company welcomed our request, however things got really weird during these past two weeks. Initially, we agreed with Capcom to publish our interview two or three days prior to the game’s release and while the company was – at least at first – more than happy for such an interview, it never really answered our interview questions.
