DOOM – Update #2 is now available, huge changelog revealed
id Software has released the second free update for DOOM. According to the release notes, this patch comes with a number of fixes and optimizations for the Single-Player mode, adds two new Multiplayer modes, improves matchmaking and comes with various SnapMap improvements. Quake Champions gets new trailer
Bethesda has released a new trailer for id Software’s upcoming arena shooter, Quake Champions. In this trailer, Tim Willits talks about how Quake Champions not only captures the spirit of the original games but also brings the storied shooter into the modern era with the addition of Champions. DOOM looks unbelievably sexy in Photo Mode
DOOM, powered by id Tech 6, is by far one of the best optimized titles of 2016 for the PC.
