We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again; competition is great for consumers. Recently, NVIDIA revealed its new SUPER GPUs that appeared to be more powerful than AMD’s upcoming GPUs. Intel acknowledges AMD’s high performance Zen2 CPUs, “competition shaping up to be especially tough”

AMD will officially release its new Zen2 CPUs on July 7th and it appears that Intel has internally acknowledged the impressive CPU  models that the red team will bring to the table. Report: Intel will slash the prices of its desktop CPUs by up to 15% in order to rival AMD’s Zen2 CPUs

DigiTimes has reported that Intel is planning to cut the prices of its 8th and 9th generation desktop CPUs by 10-15%. Not only that, but it appears that Intel has already notified its downstream PC and motherboard partners about these upcoming cut prices. AMD will support ray tracing on its next-generation NAVI GPUs, promises full ray tracing via the cloud

At E3 2019, AMD revealed that its next generation graphics cards that will be based on its RDNA architecture will support hardware ray tracing effects. As such, the red team basically confirmed that a) its new RX 5700 and RX 5700 XT GPUs will not support any ray tracing effects and b) its new GPUs – which will most likely arrive in 2020 prior to the release of next-gen consoles – will support it.
