Pearl Abyss has released Title Update 1.04.01 for Crimson Desert and has shared its full patch notes. So, let’s see what this latest update brings to the table.
Patch 1.04.01 appears to be a hotfix, aiming to fix the bugs that were present in the previous major update. So, don’t expect any major tweaks or changes. Instead, the update will fix some bugs and glitches.
Going into more details, Update 1.04.01 fixes an issue where KB&M users could not place furniture while using housing mode in certain situations. It also fixes an issue where stamina would recover when sheathing and unsheathing certain weapons while sprinting.
Those who had crashes while dyeing or changing customization will be happy to know that the devs have fixed them. On top of that, the devs have fixed an issue where the game would crash during combat with a certain boss when using a customized character. As such, the game should now be more stable on your PC.
It’s also worth noting that this new patch fixes an issue where certain owned mounts were not appearing in the Quick Slot, preventing them from being summoned. Moreover, it changes the button used to change the names of pets and horses from (R3/RS) to (L3/LS). Plus, it fixes an issue where pets would eat wood or ore gathered with a logging axe or pickaxe.
Like always, Steam will download this update the next time you launch its client. From what I could see, this is a small patch. We’re talking about something that is around 230MB in size. Below, you can also find its complete changelog.
