It’s been almost a year since our last look on the Euclideon ‘Unlimited Detail’ engine. Unfortunately, the team has not come up with a game yet, however it has released a new tech video for this particular engine. As the team claims, it has spent the last year building technology that overcomes all the loading and memory problems that happen when you use terabytes in places where people would normally use megabytes, and this video is the end result of those efforts. Ubisoft has recently released new screenshots for both Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag & Watch Dogs. Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag & Watch Dogs are planned for a 2013 and a November 22nd release, respectively. While Watch Dogs will be coming on a specific date, Ubisoft has not revealed the release date for PC, Xbox One and PS4. We assume that the PC version of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag will be released alongside the next-gen console versions. That is unless Ubisoft pulls another ‘three month’ delay on us. Activision and Treyarch have released a new update for the PC version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. According to its changelog, this update adds support for both the free-trial of Revolution DLC from 5/24-5/28 and the Personalization Pack Community Voting.
