Fatshark has just announced that Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is currently free to play on Steam. From today and until November 1st, PC gamers can download and play this first-person co-op melee Warhammer game for free.
Set in the Warhammer Fantasy Battles world, Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is a 4-player co-op action game. In case you weren’t aware of, Vermintide 2 is the latest installment in a franchise, best known for its intense and bloody first-person melee combat.

Great game. The combat is so good.
It just has optimization issues and you can max out your favorite characters and complete everything on the highest pre-expansion difficulty too quickly imo.
