Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands will be free to play this weekend, starting from September 20th

Ubisoft has announced that Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Wildlands will be free to play this weekend. This free to play period will begin on September 20th and will last until September 23rd. Unfortunately, though, there won’t be any pre-load, meaning that you cannot start downloading the game from now so you can be ready when the free to play period begins.

As Ubisoft noted, those who like the game and want to keep playing after the Free Weekend period is over will be able to transfer their progress to the full game. This means that all of your progress and Operators will carry over if you decide to upgrade to the full game.

During this free to play period, players will have access to the full game. Players will gain access to the full open world of Bolivia, including all missions, features and side activities.

In order to celebrate this announcement, Ubisoft has also released a new trailer for Ghost Recon Wildlands, dedicated to its free to play weekend, that you can find below.

Enjoy!
