The Astronauts Is Working On A New Open World Action Adventure Game

Remember The Vanishing of Ethan Carter? While the game sported some truly amazing visuals, a lot of people criticized it for being an exploration game. Well, it appears the team behind it is currently working on a new action adventure game will be more of a real game than an explorer like The Vanishing of Ethan Carter. Hooray.

As described, this new game will be an open world action-adventure with heavy atmosphere and a deep narrative. And since The Astronauts is looking for an ‘AI programmer able to “rig up a decent AI with the stuff Unreal Engine 4 offers‘, we can safely assume that this title will be powered by Epic’s new game engine.

As the job offer reads:

“We are doing a new game and it’s an open world action-adventure. It’ll be rad, but of course we are not going to bite off more than we can chew right away. Anyway, as suggested by the description, this will be more of a real game than an explorer like Ethan. Although it will still have heavy atmosphere and deep narrative, it won’t do without men and creatures trying to kill you.”
