Nvidia has released a new trailer for PlanetSide 2, showcasing the new PhysX effects that were introduced to it. These hardware-accelerated PhysX effects are said to increase the realism and fidelity of several game elements, adding to the spectacle and drawing players deeper into the action. Particle PhysX effects provide a more immersive experience for the game by adding particles that collide with the environment and litter the environment during battles. Question is whether SOE has implemented those features ideally without decreasing the GPU usage while those effects are enabled. Enjoy!
