NVIDIA Geforce 551.52 WHQL Driver released for Skull and Bones

NVIDIA has just released a new driver for its graphics cards. According to the green team, the NVIDIA Geforce 551.52 WHQL driver will provide the best gaming experience in Ubisoft’s latest title, Skull and Bones.

This driver includes the changes from the recent Hotfix Driver 551.46. If you haven’t gotten it yet, the Hotfix addressed small stutters in games that happened when using VSync. It also fixed some stutters in Red Dead Redemption 2 for certain Advanced Optimus notebooks. Plus, it made Immortals of Aveum more stable during longer gaming sessions.

If you’ve been using the Hotfix and you are not interested in Skull and Bones, you can skip this driver. From what I’ve seen, it doesn’t pack any new tweaks, fixes or changes.

Speaking of Skull and Bones, Ubisoft has provided us with a review code. Sadly, though, we won’t have a day-1 PC Performance Analysis article. You see, the review/final version still crashes at launch on our PC system. I’ve tried literally everything to make the game work. And before saying it, we’re not the only ones that have this issue. In fact, a lot of players on all platforms encounter it. And, currently, there is no fix for it. We’ll have a more detailed article about it later today.

Like always, you can download the new NVIDIA driver from this link. I’ve also included below its full list of tweaks, fixes and changes. So go ahead and read them.
