Mass Effect: Andromeda – Patch 1.07 is now available, fixes >1080p UI placement

BioWare has released a new minor update for Mass Effect: Andromeda. According to the developers, this is basically a hotfix that addresses specific issues that were reported by its fans.

This patch fixes a problem with >1080p UI placement, makes the athletic outfit available mid-playthrough, fixes a crash on UNC Outlaw when nearing outpost of signal source, and fixes an issue which prevented completion of the Nomad upgrades / Shield Crafting quest.

This new update will be auto-downloaded from Origin, and you can read its complete changelog below.

  • Fixed issue where server would auto disconnect when sending strike teams on APEX missions.
  • Fixed a crash on UNC Outlaw when nearing outpost of signal source. (Kadara S.O.S.)
  • The Athletic Casual Outfit will now unlock for all entitled players (Deluxe edition content)
  • Fixed an issue which prevented completion of the Nomad upgrades / Shield Crafting quest. Please travel back to the Tempest in order to trigger completion.
  • Fixed >1080p UI placement

  1. Yeah pretty much, but john doesnt cover dlc and often forgets to cover some interesting indie games. This is why i go to oneangrygamer to get a look on dlc and some indie games that john forgets. Not a pc only site though but it doesnt fill the site with trash like kotaku/polygon and rockpapetshotgun does.

    I usually post news in the comments that john did not include. It is a good site, just dont expect reviews.

      No… the whole planet colonization thingy with the quests is cool, but no.

      1. IDK, just found the combat a lot more enjoyable in Andromeda. Story in the beginning was a lot better as well, though towards the middle and certainly end it became super generic. Also like the rpg elements they brought back, though messed up as it is.
